Funeral services for Carolyn Ann Sickles, 36, Gypsum, were Monday in Alamosa. The former Moffat resident died March 31 in St Mary Hospital, Grand Junction. Burial in Alamosa.

Born Oct 21, 1950 in Salida, the daugher of Earl Eugene and Georgia McDowell Ruggels. She is survived by bhy a son and daughter, Charles and Tammy Sickles of Gypsum; her maternal grandmother Lucille Ainsworth, three sisters, Barbara Stewart, Center, Cindy Simmmmpson, Villa Grove and Geri Montoya, Saguache; five brothers, Jim, Tom and Ted Ruggles, Moffat, and Tim and John Ruggles, Albuquerque, NM.
