Mrs. O.D. Simms of Burns died of consumption Thursday night and was buried in Burns Saturday afternoon. Her death came unexpectedly as she had been ill only a short time. Deceased leaves to mourn her loss a husband, father, and mother in Trinidad, two sisters and one brother in Burns.

She was married to O.D. Simms two years ago and lived in Burns only a short time, moving there from Trinidad.
