SIXKILLER DEATH

Ned Sixkiller, a resident of Gypsum for 56 years, did May 11 at the Glen Valley Nursing Home after an illness. He was 84 years old. The retired rancher was born May 10, 1889 in the Indian Territory of Oklahoma. He married Ida Clark at Glenwood Springs on May 11, 1918. His wife survives him. He was a member of the IOOF Crown Lodge No. 146 of Gypsum.

Other survivors inclue tow sons, Sam Sixkiller, Arvada; and Dick Sixkiller, Craig; a daugher, Mrs Wren (Juanita) Eaton of Gypsum and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services held May 14 at the Gypsum Methodist Church and buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
