Wendell Francis Riley left this earth to be with his heavenly Father on December 12, 2018. His greatest accomplishments were his 58-year marriage to his sweetheart Lupie (Arroyo) Riley, his four children and their spouses, nine grandchildren, and two-great grandchildren. He is survived by his sister Evelyn Robinson of Denver, Colorado. Professionally, he was a master electrical contractor who owned and managed Riley's Electric Company contracting business for 25 years. Professional positions included Substitute Electrical Inspector for Routt County, On-call electrical inspector for the cities of Lafayette & Louisville, and Chief electrician & stationary engineer of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in Boulder. He received his journeyman training at DOW Chemical at Rocky Flats. He was a man of many talents who could fix anything he put his mind to; and to his family, a genius with an honorary degree. He will be forever missed and admired by those who knew him, family, friends and even acquaintances. We'll see you again someday Pop.
