Patricia Ann (Bolles) Sandy, 75, Fruita, died Sept. 24, 2018, in Grand Junction. Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, at Browns Cremation & Funeral Services. She was a family nurse practitioner. Survivors include three sons, James Edward of Bonnen Lake, Washington, Steven Edgar of Monument and Vance Wayne Jr. of Girard, Kansas; one stepson, Steven Wayne Sr. of Anchorage, Alaska; one daughter, Traci Lynne Swanwick of Alma, Kansas; one stepdaughter, Julie Ann Sangstad of Anchorage; her mother, Ila Mae Bolles of Grand Junction; one sister, Linda Rae Taylor of Grand Junction; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
