He is survived by his life partner, Norma Swiggart; one son, Richard Kenneth Page of Wardell, Missouri; three daughters, Darleen Vannasdall of Gideon, Missouri, Kathryn Arnold of Chaffee, Missouri, and Pricilla Friese of Glen Allen, Missouri; one brother, David of Marshfield, Missouri; two sisters, Louetta Bushdiecker of St. Charles, Missouri, and Mary Ann Sanders of Springfield, Missouri; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
