MRS. EDWARD SWEENEY DIED IN GLENWOOD

Lula May Sweeney, wife of Edward J. Sweeney, and sister of Harry A. and Emmett Nottingham died in Mountain View Nursing Home in Glenwood Jan. 16, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Sweeney was born Apcll 14, 1879, and was 77 years of age at the time of her death. The daughter of a pioneer Eagle County family. Lulu Nottingham spent her childhood at Gilman and Red Cliff. She had lived in Glenwood for the past 15 years. For 20 years she lived in Portland, Ore., Leadville and Mlnturn. Funeral services were held at Farnum Chapel in Glenwood Springs, Jan. 21 by Rev. W. O. Rlslnger. Burial was in Rosebud Cemetery in Glenwood.
