MAN WELL KNOWN IN COUNTY DIES IN WYOMING
Wilfrid A. Urban, 51, Wyoming union leader and mayor of Sinclair Wyo., died in his home in Sinclair August 8. Bom in Denver Sept 29, 1899, he made his home in Red Cliff and Gilman as a young man, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Urban and a nephew of John Fleming and Malcolm McLeod, prominent county people, now living in Denver. He married Laura Spangler of Red Cliff who with their two children, Marv and Jean, survive. His mother. Maggie McLead Urban is living in Denver Mr Urban had served continuosly since 1936 on the international executive council of the Oil Worked International union and wms the oldest member from point of service. In that capacity he represented eight Rocky Mountain states. He had been employed hof the Sinclair refinery and its predecessor company since 1923 and (Means a leader in the O- W. 1- U. in 1984
