Survivors include his wife, Joyce Westphal; one son, Chris of South Carolina; three daughters, Jennifer Parker of Texas, Tammy Denton of South Carolina and Kiwi Carter of Grand Junction; one sister, Peggy Hill of Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
