Philip W. “Phil” McPherren, former Undersheriff of Routt County, now of Vian, OK, passed away on April 9, 2019 in Afton, OK. A graveside memorial will be held on April 24, 2019 at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie, OK. Phil is survived by two daughters, Michelle (McPherren) Peer, of Afton, OK, and Angie McPherren, of Vian, OK; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
