Miss Phillips was critically injured Oct 14 in a one car accident on Interstate 70 near Wolcott. Airlifted to Denver General Hospita lintensive care unit, she died Friday, Nove. 17.She was born Aug 11, 1986 in Glenwood Springs, and a lifetime resident of Gypsum. Graduated from Eagle Valley High School in 1987, and was attending Northeastern Junior College in Sterling.

Surviving are her mother, Judith K. O'Neill, her father Jim O'Neill three brothers, Kelly , Kerry and Kevin ONeill, all of Gypsum; a sister Tina Bidetich of Omaha, Neb., and family of aunts and uncles. Internment was at Cedar Hill, Gypsum.
