Jose D. Tafoya. 78, died April 29 at the home of his son. Dennis, in Minturn, following a heart attack. Mr. Tafoya was born Nov. 13, 1886 at Penasco, N. Mex., where !he m ade his horn, until a week I before his death, when he came to Minturn to visit his son. Mr. Tafoya became ill four days after he arrived in Minturn. i He is survived by his wife, Epeminia; three sons: -Dennis. Onesinio and Bonifacio all of Min . urn; four daughters: Victoria ! Leyfca, Tennessee Pass; Cleotilde Vigil, Bingham, Utah; Josefita Medina and Flora Cordova all of Minturn; 40 grandchildren and | several great-grandchildren. Burial was in Minturn May 1. i Rev. R. D. Nelson of the Assem- , bly of God Church had the service, and burial was directed by Bowman Chapel of Eagle.
