Roger Kent Neely, 73, Delta, died Dec. 17, 2018, at his home. Services will be at 10 a.m. today, at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Delta. Interment will follow at Pea Green Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Kathy E.; two sons, Roger C. and Troy K.; one daughter, Brenda S. Neely; two stepdaughters, Cheryl Rusy and Cheri Roberts; one brother, Larry C.; three sisters, Nila Tortoriello, Cheryl Kline and Terri Herrmann; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
