Tyler A. Ottman, 31, Fruita, died Feb. 5, 2019. Services are pending. He worked in distribution at Ute Water. Survivors include his wife, Lauren; two daughters, Madison Ottman and McKayla Ottman, both of Fruita; his parents, Wayne and Susan Ottman of Grand Junction; and one sister, Lindsay Ottman of Grand Junction.

Tyler Allen Ottman, of Fruita, CO, tragically passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. He was born on December 22, 1987, to Wayne and Sue Ottman in Grand Junction, CO. Tyler attended Appleton Elementary, Redlands Middle School and Fruita Monument High School. He received his GED in 2008. Tyler married Lauren Ashleigh McCabe on August 23, 2014. They have two beautiful daughters, Madison, age 10, and McKayla, age 6. His greatest love were his "girls" and his entire extended family. Tyler had a deep passion for his job at Ute Water and for the water district industry. He loved camping, fishing , taking long drives in the mountains, attending Country Jam and dancing. He is survived by his wife, Lauren of Fruita, CO; daughters, Madison and McKayla; parents, Sue and Wayne Ottman of Grand Junction, CO; sister, Lindsay Ottman of Grand Junction, CO; maternal grandparents, Marjorie and John Bacheldor of Grand Junction, CO, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services will be held on Saturday, February 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Canyon View Vineyard Church. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brown’s Cremation and Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, an account has been established for the Ottman girls at Timberline Bank.
