Rose E. Ballard, 75, North Fork area, died Oct. 27, 2018, at Horizons Care Center in Eckert. Services will be at 11 a.m. today, at the Bible Center Church in Paonia. Inurnment will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Hotchkiss. Survivors include her husband, Larry; one son, Daniel H. of Klamath Falls, Oregon; one daughter, Pamela L.
