Patsy A. Bieser, 88, Mesa, died Feb. 11, 2019, on her ranch. No services are planned. She was a cattle rancher. Survivors include two sons, Mike of Hartford, Kentucky, and Tom of Mesa; two daughters, Jeraldine Banzhaf of Glenrock, Wyoming, and Joy Latham of Mesa; one sister, Carolyn Walker of Mesa; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-greatgrandchild.
