Wanda Lou Newkirk, 89, Grand Junction, died March 10, 2019, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Martin Mortuary. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at New Covenant Baptist Church. A committal service will follow at the Delta City Cemetery. She was a preschool teacher. Survivors include one son, Jim of Edmond, Oklahoma; three daughters, Diane Moore of Thornton, Donna Lane of Lakewood and Jana Bauman of Grand Junction; two brothers, Bryan Clemens of Altoona, Florida and David Clemens of San Angelo, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
