Helen Marie Erickson March 28, 1923 - November 17, 2018
Helen Marie Erickson of Superior, Nebraska, passed away November 17, 2018, in Tulsa. She was born March 28, 1923, in Nora, Nebraska to Henry and Manilla (Buckles) Michaud. On June 3, 1945, she married Leonard Erickson. They enjoyed life on the farm, wintering in the southern states and summers in Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard; brothers, Bob and Bill Michaud, and sister, Donna Holsteen. Helen is survived by daughters, Linda Halvorson (John) of Grand Junction, Colorado; Sharon Schaub (Steve) of Ramona, Oklahoma; Phyllis Erickson of Hastings, Nebraska, and Diane Pfeifer (David) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Visitation will be from 4 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, with the family present from 6 - 8:00 p.m., at the Megrue-Price Funeral Home, Superior Nebraska. Services will be at the funeral home on Monday, November 26, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Dorothy Smith will officiate. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Superior, Nebraska. Memorials contriubtions may be made to Superior Historical Redevelopment Inc./Auditorium renovation. Megrue-Price Funeral Home, 750 N Commercial, Superior, Nebraska 68978, have been entrusted with arrangements.
