Robert Toops, 92, Grand Junction, died May 21, 2019, at HopeWest Hospice Care Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado. He was an elementary teacher. Survivors include his wife, Rosario; two daughters, Bobbie Johnson of Eloy, Arizona, and Linda Britsch of Santa Barbara, California; and one grandchild.
