Verla M. Hess, 91, Grand Junction, died May 23, 2019, at The Fountains. Burial will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday at Rose Hill Cemetery in Rifle. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. June 14 at The Fountains. She was an office manager. Survivors include her husband, Frank A.; two sons, Scott of Colorado Springs and Steve of Lantana, Texas; one daughter, Lynda Stahl of Grand Junction; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
