Michael Eugene Ackerson, 66, Montrose, died June 8, 2019, at his home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Waves of Mercy Church in Montrose. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Hotchkiss. A reception will be from 3–5 p.m. Saturday at the family home. He worked at Home Depot. Survivors include his wife, Susan; two sons, Michael of St. Anthony, Idaho and Brandon of Montrose; one daughter, Sherry Ackerson of Veradale, Washington; one sister, Debby Jackson of California; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
