Donna S. Scherer, 86, Delta, died June 7, 2019 at Colorow Care Center in Olathe. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Delta. Internment will follow at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta. Survivors include one daughter, Karen Saltysiak of Delta; one brother, David Vanderhoofven of Delta; one sister, Boots Buchanan of Jacksonville, North Carolina; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Memorial contributions to the charity of one’s choice.
