Brian Lee Melendy, 55, Grand Junction, died Aug. 5, 2019, at his home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at New Horizon Foursquare Church. He was a dialysis technician. Survivors include his wife, Trish; two sons, Donavan Kiddy of Loveland and Michael Kiddy of Broomfield; three daughters, Taylor Melendy of Mesa, Arizona, Kelly Melendy of Grand Junction and Danyelle Johnston of Junction City, Kansas; his parents, Perry and Kay of Palisade; one sister, Peri Ann Unfred of Palisade; and seven grandchildren.
