Karen Ann Warner, 65, Fruita, died Aug. 7, 2019. Services will be at noon Sept. 7 at Canyon View Vineyard Church. She was a phlebotomist at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Garska of Fruita; one sister, Noreen Kiefer of Fruita; and two grandchildren. Memorial contributions to a trust for her grandsons, set up at Alpine Bank.
