Avis Cloud-Richter, 94, Grand Junction, died March 28, 2019, at her home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Victory Life Church with interment to follow at Orchard Mesa Cemetery. She was the owner and operator of a real-estate company. Survivors include three daughters, Jeanne Magor of Farmington, New Mexico, Sue Hines of Grand Junction and Jan Henry of Fruita; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
