M. H. Waldo died at his home in Palo Alto, Calif., Monday, September 25, 1939, at the age of 88 years.

Mr. Waldo lived in Colorado for 27 years, 15 of which were spent on a ranch, now owned by Hans Larsen on Brush Creek. He has been living in retirement in Palo Alto for the past 22 years.

He is survived by his widow, Clara Waldo, and a daughter, Mrs. R.S. Wolverton of Palo Alto; a grandson, Chas. Wolverton, and two great-grandchildren of San Jose, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. S.E. Tillman, Topeka, Kan.
