Red Cliff Girl Dies After Three Day Illness

Rosie Lujan, 14 year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andy Lujan of Red Cliff died last week, following an illness of three days. Cause of death was diagnosed spinal meningitis.

The funeral service was in Red Cliff Saturday morning in the Catholic church with Father Blach of Leadville celebrating Mass. Interment was in Greenwood cemetery, Red Cliff directed by Moynahan-O'malia Funeral Home, Leadville.

Pall bearers were Michael Rodriguez, Toby Martinez, Eddie Vigil, Junior Valencia, Manuel Martinez, and Larry Martinez.

Surviving are her parents; a sister, Betty and a brother, Walter .
