Mrs. Sarah Lujan died April 4 at home of her son, Joseuf Gonzales in Red Cliff, after a lingering illness. Mrs. Lujan was 70 years of age.

She was born in New Mexico Feb. 26, 1886.

Funeral services were held in Red Cliff April 9 at the Mount Carmel Catholic Church. Father Joseph Leberer, officiated.

Pallbearers were Delfino Tafoya, Eufracio Medina, Joe Medina, Silviano Martinez, Joe Armijo and Phil Padilla.

Mrs. Lujan is survived by her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Joseuf Gonzales and grandson, James and an adopted son, Joseph Lujan.
