Robert Andrews Chard,
age 90 of Grand Junction,
CO, passed away on
Saturday, June 10, 2023 at
the HopeWest Hospice Care
Center in Grand Junction,
CO. Mr. Chard was born in
Syracuse, NY on September
26, 1932 to Mr. Robert M.
Chard and Mrs. Dorothy
Andrews Chard. He earned
a Bachelor of Arts Degree
from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY and then earned
his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona, Tucson,
AZ. Mr. Chard was a longtime, successful Attorney in the
Phoenix, AZ Metropolitan Area. He also served his country
in the Artillery Branch of the US Army during the Korean
War. On June 30, 1979, Robert married his beloved wife,
Mrs. Ruth Bagwell Chard. Throughout his life, Robert was
an accomplished gymnast and an excellent dancer.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth; his daughters, Alison Lynn Buergel, Alisa Anne Crater, and Alexis
Leigh Chard; 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
