Grove, Sandy moved to
Grand Junction after completing her
BA in psychology at Southern Illinois. She
enjoyed camping, and long
nature walks with her son,
Tyler, and former husband,
Steve. She completed the
Rim Rock Run twice. Her
love of animals occasionally enabled
successful treatment of wounded creatures.
She could ‘almost whistle
birds to her finger. She
had a peaceful soul and will
be missed greatly .
