David Lawrence Iiams,
86 of Fruita Colorado,
went to be with the Lord
on Friday, December 1,
2023. David was born on
November 18, 1937 and was
raised in Creston, Iowa. He
had been employed as a carpenter in the construction
industry for a number of
years.
David is preceded in
death by his parents, sister Carol, son John, extended family members, Tammy, and Cord. He is survived by his loving
wife Lois, two sisters, two brothers, daughter Barbara, sons
Billy, Jim (Ginger), Joe (Trish). He also has numerous extended family, Vickie, Analeigh, Cheryl, Patty and Stanley.
Several grand children and great grandchildren, along with
beloved friends all of which will miss him dearly.
Shawn Marksbury, senior Pastor, will perform the
Graveside service on Thursday December 7, 2023 at 2:00
p. m. at Elmwood Cemetery, 1175 17 1/4 Road, Fruita,
Colorado 81521.
A Celebration of Life will follow afterwards at Living
Water Baptist Church, 1822 J 3/10 Road, Fruita, Colorado
81521.
