FORMER MINTURN RESIDENT DIES. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 2, for Sue Gail Daley BRANSCOM, 32, who died of injuries from a horseback riding accident near Pack Creek Ranch, Utah, July 30.
She was born Aug. 17, 1940 in Gilman, Colo., to Reed and Maxine Elliott DALEY, and grew up in Minturn, where she was a high school cheer leader. She married Skip GORDON in 1955 and they were later divorced. On March 17, 1966 she was married to Raymond O. BRANSCOM Jr. and lived in Moab since then.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Kurt DALEY, 15; two daughters, Tracy Anne, 4, and Heidi Rae, 6 months; and her mother, all living in Moab. Also surviving are grandparents, Mrs. Pauline ELLIOTT, Vail; and Mrs. Myrtly DALEY, Payson, Utah.
Services were held at the Community Baptist Church with Rev. Emil M. BALLA officiating. Music was provided by Mary DALE. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Grand Valley Mortuary.
